Almost 13,110 candidates had appeared in the examination. This huge number of students were from 161 schools. In the FSLC examination 2011, three new centers namely Basden College, Duavata Junior Secondary School and Napuka Junior Secondary School also registered in the examination.
The FSLC examination, 2011 had total 24 subjects on the whole. The students had an option from these subjects to choose minimum four subjects and a maximum of five subjects of their choice.

The Ministry of Education ‘Dr Brij Lal’ (Permanent secretary) announced today that the results are announced and should be collected from the District Education Offices.
The FSLC exam results 2011 were in rumors of being delayed for one week, due to some power outage in the Central Division. However, the Education Minister ‘Filipe Bole’ confirmed the declaration of the results and told that the students can see their FSLC exam results 2011 online at examresults.gov.fj while the principals of different schools of the country can collect the result from the District Education Offices at 9 AM on Monday.
